We currently use Canada Post for all of our shipments, however, in the aftermath of the recent strikes, should we feel that another shipping company is preferable at any given time, we may use them at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
Please note that we usually allow up to 72 hours to process orders. If your order is urgent and/or you are experiencing any issues at checkout, please drop us a line at email@example.com and we will be happy to explore options/look into it for you. Most shipments will require a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt.

Customs delays, taxes and duties may be applicable for any shipments outside of Canada (where available) - these are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Miss Matahari, nor are we able to advise on them.

Miss Matahari is a small boutique label and at this time we are only able to offer an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT on returns. If you have any concerns or questions we recommend you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org PRIOR to placing any order so that we can assist and guide you in making the perfect purchase.
To return an item, you must first email us at email@example.com providing the reasons of the return. Upon review, we will respond to the request via email with instructions. ALL REQUESTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEMS.
We will not accept returns or replace items that a customer has obviously damaged themselves. This includes (but is not limited to) abrasions to or holes in the fabric caused by friction or pulling of the fabric.
We will not accept returns on any items that have been worn, washed or are soiled. Please ensure that, when trying items, you are not wearing any make up, deodorant or perfume which might in any way leave a scent or mark on the items.
For reasons of hygiene please be aware that bodysuits are final sale and therefore non-returnable.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, we shall at our sole discretion provide you with either a replacement of the item (where available), a repair of the item, an offer of an alternative item or a credit against future orders.
If an item does not fit we will be more than happy replace it with another size (where available). In the event of another size not being available, we shall at our sole discretion provide you with an offer of an alternative item or a credit against future orders.
Returns are only available on purchases made through the online store. Any item purchased through any other retailer must be returned to them.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right not to accept a return if you do not comply with the provisions of this policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and our decision on the return.
Please follow return instructions. Do not return any items without first receiving shipping instructions.
All goods must be returned in an unused condition with their original packaging, with all labels attached (where applicable) and together with any requested documentation required for the return.
We strongly recommend sending returns via a secure, trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s and will not accept liability for goods not received or lost in transit. Please ensure you retain proof of posting.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware that you shall be responsible for any duty and tax payable on shipping the replacement item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The models in The Warrior Collection range from 5'5" - 5'9" in height and size 4-6 US (8-10 UK). They are all wearing our size S.
The main model in The New Frontier Collection is 5' 10" and a US size 2-4 (6-8 UK). Her bust is 34", waist 26" and hips 36.5". She is also wearing our size S. The petite model wearing some of the styles and accessories is 5' 3" and a US size 2. Her bust is 33", waist 25" and hips 39". She is wearing our size XS. If you fall into the petite category, you might find XS fits you better length-wise.
Note on pants - The workout tights/capris in The Warrior collection fit a little larger than pants/leggings in The New Frontier collection, as they've been specifically designed to flatter all body types, with a slightly more generous cut on the thighs and around the waist. If you have very slim thighs, we recommend you go down a size in any of the Warrior collection bottoms. In general all of our pants are designed to accommodate curvy or muscular thighs. When in doubt, drop a size.
We've also created all styles across all collections to fit a little longer on the sleeves and legs to provide more allowance for different shapes and sizes; not to mention we love the longer sleeved/legged look.
